Hi,
How good is the data source management in myWMS 7.0? I donot see any connection management parameters?
Where can I change or tune the connection management parameters?

When you add a new datasource in the Datasource Administration it does not let you to customize and additional JDBC parameters if thats what you are asking for.
However, once connection is created you could change raw JDBC connection url in the server/default/config/db.xml file
