When I boot from hdisk0 AIX 5.3, all is there. When I boot off of hdisk1 AIX 6.1, only guest is under /home. I'm told migration doesn't touch /home.

    Any ideas??? Thanks!

The problem seems to be resolved. Looks like a space issue. We had a huge number of old sa files under rootvg that made the mksysb very big. Also used the verbose output in the migrate which gave more information. For this server we migrated without the cache option, but subsequent migrates all went well using the same spot and lpp_source with cache. Cleaning up rootvg file systems ahead of time improves migrate time and reduces cache space needed.
