  • 1.  MySQL and JDBC Connectivity

    Hello everyone,
    I’m currently using webMethods integration server 10.5 and MySQL enterprise edition. I’m unable to create a connection.
    SourceClass : com.mysql.jdbc.jdbc2.optional.MysqlDataSource.
    Place jar file:
    1 - /webM/wm105/IntegrationServer/instances/default/packages/WmJDBCAdapter/code/jars
    2 - /webM/wm105/IntegrationServer/instances/default/lib/jars/custom

    Error encountered

    [ART.118.5042] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to enable connection resource MySQLConnection:dbCon. [ART.118.5036] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to configure connection manager. [ADA.1.619] Configuration file not loaded succesfully. Please check the configuration file of MySQL java.io.FileNotFoundException: packages/WmJDBCAdapter/config/MySQLTypeMapping.xml (No such file or directory)

    Hi Jeelani

    Please make sure, you have the latest fixes of the JDBC Adapter 10.3 installed. Same issue has been addressed in JDBC Adapter 10.3 Fix1.
