My webMethods Server status shows "Unavailable" in System Information

  • 1.  My webMethods Server status shows "Unavailable" in System Information

    Hi,

    In MWS > webMethods Configuration > System Configuration > System Information.

    Controller and Datahandler statistics are available however My webMethods Server is unavailable.

    Any idea ?

    There are two upcoming fixes to Manager Console and Optimize that will address this named:

    ManagerConsole_6-5-1_SP2_Fix1
    And
    Optimize_6-5-1_SP2_Fix1
