My webMethods on Linux environment doesn't work

  • 1.  My webMethods on Linux environment doesn't work

    Hello,

    When i’m log me on My webMethods it work, but when I execute on the B2B “Transactions” to see the log it doesn’t work, i have a error message “Read timed out”

    Can you help me ?

    Hi Bruno,

    is the TN Server configured under MyWebMethods → Server → TN Servers?
    It should point to the IS which hosts the Trading Networks package.
    Is the TN Database function configured in this IS?

    Is there anything in the server.log from IS or full.log from MWS which might help us to analyse?
