  • 1.  My SPSS is not functioning, how can I fix it?

    When I click to open it, it says:

    SPSS client error:

    JNI error:

    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

    com.spss.java_client.core.common.Driver

    Please provide information which IBM SPSS product you installed on which exact operating system?

    If you use IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription you have access to via:

    https://myibm.ibm.com/dashboard/

    then click on download button for either subscription release for Windows or for Mac. On Windows 10 for example, after you downloaded to your Harddisc, it is required to right click on the installation file SPSSStatisticsSub_Setup_x64.exe and select 'run as administrator'
