  • 1.  My free trial isn't working

    I've made a account to get the free trial on SPSS, downloaded the whole thing, but then when I wanna log in there's just an Error : you ve already used your free trial. I ve searched your Q&A but the only answer I was able to get was : another user already used this IP, install on a other pc?!? but how could that be if I just downloaded the whole thing yesterday

    IBM SPSS Statistics Trial software offers a free trial version for 14 days. It doesn’t require any license codes but must be used with your IBM ID and an active Internet connection.

    Trial version ALWAYS needs to have Internet access which your admin must grant for you if needed. Also your firewall and proxy server settings must allow access to these licensing URLs:

    https://spsslicensing.mybluemix.net/
