I recently passed the IBM Certified Developer - Robotic Process Automation v20.12.x (C1000-123) exam. This certification was not an easy one; it tested my understanding of developing bot scripts, working with different RPA components, handling basic administration, and applying commands effectively.

Can't go wrong with more hands-on experience, but helping colleagues who are starting or struggling with certain projects is also a great way to add value. The idea is that it allows you to scale your impact through others when they are also able to perform at a higher level.
