Hi Experts,

I have created a new user for GUI access. Is there any option to view the dashboard I created in Admin, instead of manually adding new dashboards in newly created user ?

Unfortunately there's no way to share/create dashboards for other users by traditional administrative permissions. The suggested process is to export from the account where they're created using Definitions Export, provide the export to the other user, the other user can import into their account using Definitions Import. It's not ideal, but currently the only option that I'm aware of in current versions of the product.

Under the "Roles" tab, locate the newly added GUI user, and select that user's name.  Doing this will give the new GUI user access to the previously ADMIN created Dashboard.

Just a little more clarification is needed... The previously mentioned procedure can be done having the assumption that the newly added has had a Role assigned to him/her.  The Role that the new user has will be listed under the "Roles" tab.  Doing this will give the new GUI user access to the previously ADMIN created Dashboard.

Remember, you must be logged on as ADMIN to do this, or as the person who originally created the Dashboard
