Hi Guys, please help me out as i’m not able to get MWS up.

Were you able to start the instance at least once?

Where there Fixes applied recently? Which ones?

From the first looks this sounds like a ClassLoading issue.
I encounter similar issues on several of my wM 9.5 SP1 instances.
Installing workings, starting for first time doing some first configurations also works.
As soon as I try to apply the neccessary fixes, the MWS is no longer coming up after UpdateManager has finished.

Yes the version I have is the 9.5 SP1.
It has worked before.
The fixes were not applied recently.

Could you specify a bit more what is the process you referenced in this quote?

Hi Ana,

usually when I have to install new instances I first install the software.
After that I do some offlie pre-configurations like certificates, memory settings etc.
Then I start the MWS to let it do its first time initialization.
After that I do some basic configurations in the MWS UI.
Restarting MWS.

Until here all these steps are working fine.

Starting Update Manager to apply the neccessary fixes.
This completes without any visible error.

But during the next startup of MWS for completing the initialization of the fixes the MWS is not able to complete this procedure but fails with a lot of NoClassDefFound errors and other messages.

Now the MWS instance is no longer working and only can be uninstalled again.
