Is there any way to fine tune MWS?
It is consuming alot of my system’s resources.
Please have a look at this internal white paper regarding tuning best practices for MWS.
Also, have a look at using the JMX Performance Monitor with Visual VM to understand what is happening inside of MWS. (Time spent as well as resources used like cache sizes)
