We have a Cognos 11 landing page that is accessed by a link from within another secured web site. The first time accessing the landing page, you get a message in Chrome :(Version 76.0.3809.132):
System error
BIS-SEC-0003 Failure when retrieving information relative to your user session. Try clearing your browser's cache and refreshing the page.
In IE 11, a blank page appears.
If the page is refreshed, the Cognos page launches and everything works.
I tried adding
<XMLAttribute name="paramsCacheDisabled" value="true"/>
but this did not resolve the issue.
The page works if I log in to Cognos11 directly, navigate to the location , and launch the report. This is only an issue attempting to launch the page from outside Cognos.
