    Does anyone know what IBM does with the must gathers we send them? Is there a tool that can be used to import them into a WebSphere server so they can use them to duplicate your problem?

    Most of the must gather information can be analyzed using the tools of IBM support assistant. 
    and if they need to reporoduce the scenario, they will be all the configuration settings and parameters to setup a test system.
