We are planning migration from Datastage 11.5v(On-prem) to ICP4D. So,  is there possible multiple projects import into same server on ICP4D? (or) Can we create separate environment for each project?

You can create multiple different projects on CP4D. Each Project can be created empty or from Import file. This import file must be in CP4D project zip format, same format created when you Export an existing Project.

You can Export Project from one instance of CP4D and import into another instance of CP4D.

You can't import into non-empty project.
