We are looking to create a direct, near-real-time, integration via Mulesoft between TM1 and third-party applications without running into locking and other resource issues.  Is there a potential for having a live read-only copy of certain cubes, dimensions, that would allow this to work without impacting the performance of the actively used application.  Currently we are using exports via SFTP to send to other systems, but we are looking for more up-to-date data than that method currently provides.  Has anyone come upon this type of requirement and successfully performed a connection?
