    Hi gang, 
    If an MQInput node encounters an authentication (or validation) issue, and BOTHRESH is > 1, then the node will retry a number of times.
    We sometimes have short intermittent LDAP outages which causes authentication to fail.
    The question is: How long, if any, will the MQInput node wait between successive attempts to process the message?

    We did some testing with a service trace enabled, and found that its about 0.1 seconds between retries.
    Do that agree with your experience?
    And, more importantly, can this wait time be increased?

    It might be but you definitelly can not count on this value, it might be more or less.
    And as I remember there is no configuration parameter which allows you to change retry delay.
