    Good Day,

    Please Help when we extract the data from the log file the time is 2 hours behind is the a way to change from GMT to local time.

    we use this utility CSQ1LOGP to extract the LOGS it is in GMT how can i change this parameter to local time in the JCL here is the JCL below

    //PRTLOG EXEC PGM=CSQ1LOGP,PARM='TIME(RAW)'

    The log print utility (CSQ1LOGP) on z/OS - IBM Documentation says

    /PRTLOG EXEC PGM=CSQ1LOGP,PARM='TIME(RAW)'
    This causes timestamps to be formatted without applying timezone or leap second offsets for the formatting system. You can use this mode of operation when formatting log data created at a remote site, or before a daylight saving time change, for example.

    If no parameter is specified, the default behavior is to format timestamps using the timezone and leap second corrections of the system doing the formatting.

    Formatted times affected by this parameter are those associated with:
    • checkpoint time
    • restart time
    • UR start time

    What timestamps are you interested in?  Why?

    Hi Bruce,

    Many thanks Bruce! We wanted the logs with Local time, I removed the parm and run the job this morning and the logs is in local time.
