Hi Praveen,
I suspect we are going to need more information from you in order to help, otherwise we'd just be guessing.
You say that applications connected to both queue manager are able to put messages to queues successfully, which suggests that the difference in the bindings file is likely a red herring. You tell us that only one set of applications, those connected to the queue manager using the port number 1416 have a problem when trying to get messages from queues. What would be helpful is if you could tell us any non-zero reason codes that your applications receive, and/or any error messages reported by the applications and the queue managers.
Thanks,
Morag

Subject: MQ- Messages not being read from the MQ
Hello Group,
I have 2 MQ queue managers configured. One on 1414 and the other on 1416. The queues on 1414 have no problem in picking up messages. However the queues in 1416 have a problem where agent servers/batch jops(we are using OMS Sterling) are posting messages to the queue but fail to read the same. When I compared the binding files of both the MQs, I saw that JMSQueueConnectionFactory/RefAddr/29/Content=HostName(1414) is present in one binding file and the other MQ doesn't have the entry. Please help in letting me know what has happened and how to fix this issue.
I am new to the MQ world.
