    We understand that MQ client related modules are basically license-free.
However, license agreement is required for the runtime module before installation.
This license is covered by the purchased IBM MQ server license.
Is there a problem with recognition?

    The MQ client requires licensing consent, but the MQ client license is fine as long as the server license is properly managed by the IBM MQ server.
