Hi Martin,
Im not on beta program, but i wont mind to test this out. It seems like a really good feature.
Which im not completely sure is if a active-active Uniform Cluster will keep all messages replicated on both queue managers. If i understand correctly, a uniform cluster "load balance" messaging between cluster.
Letting the MQ cluster to replicate messages in a active-passive cluster, will allow us to dont rely on openshift storage.

Hi Andres,
Presently there is no built in capability to replicate to another region for disaster recovery, but this is something we are looking at, are you on the MQ Beta program? If you are not - I suggest reaching out to Peter Murphy <pete_murphy@uk.ibm.com> and joining up, we hope to provide further updates to the beta program shortly.
You can of course run a Native HA deployment in an active-active uniform cluster across regions which will give you very high service availability across the regions, and high message availability within a region.

Subject: MQ Containers HA/DR
Hi,
I recently deployed MQ on Openshift, and for production i want to have a good DR plan.
For HA inside the cluster, we have NativeHA, which clearly works well and allow easy upgrades/maintenance of the cluster.
For DR, documentation refers about replicating PVCs over a another cluster.
Is there any builtin capabilities in MQ to replicates messages over a secundary cluster?
I tested the setup of an Uniform cluster, but i dont have clear this sort of cluster is done for HA/DR in MQ, and mostly for horizontal scaling.
