I would simplify my question: may one doctor a message via notepad/++ or such ?
There are some options to Open/Save file in RFH utility to re-save the message on the disk before returning it to MQ ..

Goo day Luc-Michel, appreciate your response.
Saying that, I would like to clarify, that we are looking for a UI tool to pass content through while managing the headers, something RFH lacks.
If such does not exist, we will follow your advise and write own tooling with Python.
Best regards

<this is not a joke>
Ask ChatGPT to write you a program in Python that does this. It works.

Good day,
We are looking for MQ client that could be used to simulate MQ(broker) application, and specifically
- copy correlation id into response message id
- allow changing the message content.
RHF utility helps with the correlation part but it does not allow changing the message content but only browse it. Our message body is XML format, so displaying it as XML structure is essential (RFH does it with it' XML option)
Will greatly appreciate your advise.
Leonard
