  • 1.  Monitoring Tamino from CA-Unicenter

    Posted 02/06/03 11:20 AM

Does anybody know how to connect Tamino Manager with CA-Unicenter ?
In the documentation I’ve found only the following description:
"The System Management Hub software provides
Generic plug-ins for the Management Independent Layer, specialized for every supported interface or external system such as Tivoli, CA Unicenter, SNMP, DCOM etc. "

    regards

    Hello,

the System Management Hub is the infrastructure responsible for Tamino administration. Starting with the version 3.1.1.10, the SMH provides a SNMP interface and a certified Unicenter integration package based on the SNMP interface. All products based on the SMH (like Tamino) can use the SMH SNMP interface to export it’s own SNMP features.

The actual Tamino version DON’T provide this feature, also can’t be monitored using SNMP; the SMH Unicenter integration package can’t be used for Tamino/Unicenter integration.

    Hello,

The actual Tamino version means v.4.1 ?
Will be this feature implemented in nearest future ?

    with regards
