Monitoring performance with Tivoli Performance Viewer

    --------------------------------

I used Tivoli performance Viewer to monitor WebSphere servers across cluster with four nodes. This tool hung my PC if I open more than four web browsers. Anyone out there has the same problem? I don't have a top desktop PC at my work.

    Running WebSphere 6.0.2 and 6.1.

So, no one out there has the same problem.

I finally wrote my own Resource Analyzer for WebSphere servers using command lines instead of GUI. It can monitor multiple servers across many nodes in a cluster. All you need to run this program on the ND box with WebSphere AppClient. This helps me do performance and tuning on multiple servers (with in multiple nodes) at the same time.

Here is a class files and jar files if you want to try it out.

Tool (works with WebSphere 6.1.0.9 or above)

If you have any question or issue, just send me an email. I will reply. My email is included in readme.doc
