I've been doing 2-step cluster analyses for a few weeks now. The model viewer is critical. Everything was working fine until yesterday.

Now, when I double click on the summary model in the output, it changes to being cross-hatched yet the model viewer window fails to load. I can see that there is a window that should open, but nothing does. Nothing has changed on my system, using the same data set as before, etc.

Anyone having a similar issue? Any suggestions?

The crosshatching indicates that the window is open. It is probably off screen. After you double click, press alt+spacebar. You should see a system menu at the edge of the screen. Press down cursor once to get to Move, and the use the appropriate key to bring the window back on screen.

Thanks so much! Can't believe that was it. I had unplugged/replugged my monitor when I moved my desk recently. Apparently, the output went off the reservation. All fixed now. Thank you very much!
