Model step complete but process model not moving on

    Hi everyone!

    I’m debugging a process model problem. I have a step that completes (green tick) however the next step in the model is not triggered. Apparently this process worked fine previously for months.

    The step waits for a Sales order.

    What are the common things to check?

    A friend suggested I check the Broker as it controls the steps.

    I have bounced the Broker and the IS - hopefully this fixes the problem.

    If you have a transition condition from that step then check the value of the outgoing document. If that does not match with the transition condition then it will not proceed.

    If that not the case then check IS logs and see of you have any broker errors.

    If you have correlation then you may want to check if correlation has failed.
