Yes,i did.

find the process argument as below : 

-newtab "sshpass -p $Password ssh $Username@$Host"

 Make sure you uncheck Enable graphical SSH-browser from settings ->Configuration -> SSH -> SSH-browser settings

so I used you fix and it gets me to connecting to the proxy(PAM) but secret server doesn't accept the connection and terminate the connection.

any idea how to fix it?

I was able to use MobaXterm with a proxy by using parameters, but after a while, this launcher broke. Is this related to MobaXterm updates? If there is a solution, please enlighten me.

Please check if the error occurs for all users or only specific ones.
If it's not affecting everyone, try to identify what actions were performed on both sides - PAM and MobaXterm - before the issue occurred.

You need to configure more details to have the Moba launcher working. 
Check "Preserve SSH Client Process" to keep the process running maybe after close one session (tab). Each tab it's a new process, should be additional recorded "MoTTYnew.exe".
From some month ago i need to put some encryption parameters. It's working until now.
