Hi Community,

I was hoping somebody had same issue and managed to find a solution. In our Project we have two TBMAs but in IT Planning abbreviation for millions, thousands is different (MIO. vs M and K vs T). We checked all settings in Apptio and company profile and they are exactly the same. It causes a bit of confusion when assigning targets in IT planning and not being able to use the same format.  Does anyone have the same problems and knows how to solve it?

In CT project settings you can set how you would like to see abbreviation, as shown below. Is this what you are lookig for?

Now that is super strange - my settings look as below and when I go to IT Planning  I see below

While @Randi Nissen has the same projects setting (we are working on the same project) and sees below in IT Planning

I did not think it's possible... Is there any other setting that could cause that?

Ah OK. so the settings I was showing are for CT. whereas you are seeing the delta in IT Planning. I can't see how this is configured in IT Planning. @Lauren Griessel, do you have any thoughts on this>

Hi,

There is no way that I know of to change this in ITP. My assumption would be that it has to do with a browser locale setting or something? I suggest opening a support ticket so an engineer can look into it.
