Is there any document which guides how the apphost is migrated from RHEL7 to RHEL8?

If we configure some settings such as "manageAppHost dns --set --hostname <host> --ip <ip>", I wonder how they're treated through migration steps.

How can I migrate apphost from RHEL7 to RHEL8?

If no specific document available, I think the no.1 is a possible procedure. If No.2 is possible, data can be migrated at once.

1. Simply deploy RHEL8 AppHost server / creates new AppHost pair and install it / switch Apphosts in an Application one by one
2. backup k3s data on the existing AppHost / deploy RHEL8 AppHost and restore the data to new AppHost (if possible)

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

In our Q4 2023 release of App Host, v51, we will have a migration utility (export and import AppHost instances) integrated with the ManageAppHost command. This will help export your settings from your RHEL7 App Host environment which you can then import into your RHEL8 environment.
