    Hi Stuart, 

    One more question - what will happen to the user (Modeler) accounts on the c:\ after the Rich Tier Removal?  

    I am assuming they will no longer be available - is this correct?

    Hi Gail, 

    That is correct, the Modeler accounts will no longer be able to access the Remote Desktop once Rich Tiers are removed.
