    I am migrating from  MQ V9.0 to MQ ADV VUE 9.2 on z/OS.  Any tips or gotchas I should no about?  Thank you.

    Hi Craig,

    The thing that comes up the most is setting up the queue manager so that it registers with z/OS as Advanced VUE and not base MQ. This doesn't affect the ability of the queue manager to run, but it does affect billing, and so often becomes apparent later on.     You should also be aware that backwards migration for 9.2.0 is different, and simpler than for earlier versions of MQ. See https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFKSJ_9.2.0/com.ibm.mq.pro.doc/q134150_.html#q134150___simpback.

    I would suggest you also review all the new function in 9.1.0 (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFKSJ_9.1.0/com.ibm.mq.pro.doc/q132180_.html) and 9.2.0 (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFKSJ_9.2.0/com.ibm.mq.pro.doc/q134120_.html) before you start the migration.
