    Hi,

    I've a question regarding the creation of a Microsoft Teams application for Cognos Analytics.

    In the documentation, it is written that an E5 subscription is required because Cognos Analytics requires access to Graph API.Do you know if this E5 subscription is for required all users or only the account managing this setup?
