Method to compute confidence interval for proportion used in SPSS charts

What method to compute confidence interval for proportion does SPSS use in charts (say, for barcharts with error bars)? I could not find any information on that.

It seems (visually, by experimenting with reference lines on a chart) to me that GRAPH command (Legacy graphs) uses Jeffreys approach. As for GGRAPH/GPL, I am less sure - it looks like SPSS might be changing the method depending on the sample size, as like as not.

Can SPSS statisticians/developers answer it to me? What method is used.

My recollection is that GRAPH does use Jeffreys, but I don't know what GGRAPH uses--
