I'm doing the Import via ESF some VisualAge Applications and am getting the error below.
I could not identify why it weeks ago did import without any problems.

RAD V6 customers can not migrate vägen parts to EGL When the part
contains IF statements with no space between the IF and the
left parenthesis (eg IF (). Message "IWN.MIG.0003.e Exception
converting to EGL for the Z: \ IBM \ vageglmig \ is \ ExportSWF.esf,
FUNCTION, COUNT-NOT-CHAR -
[java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException} String index out of
range: 2 "is received During stage 2 migration.

The actual IWN.MIG.0003.e message comes when an exception is trapped during the migration process. I am not sure where the info about the IF statement is coming from, but it sounds like you might be able to solve it by searching for if statements that have a parenthesis immediately next to it.
