Message Broker not starting after issuing mqsistart command

    Hi , 

    I have problems starting my message broker 
    When i issue the command it executes normally and it comes out like below. 


    mqsistart BROKER01 
    BIP8096I: Successful command initiation, check the system log to ensure that the component started without problem and that it continues to run without problem. 


    But Broker is not started and in the logs it writes something like below,

    Please let me know how to start the broker. I have not done any major changes in the broker recently but it is not coming up.  Please let me know what the above error means
