It depends if you need on on-premise API gateway or if you are OK with an iPaaS one.

Setting up an API Gateway in the iPaaS is straightforward and the video link provided by Bharath should help you with it.

Setting up an API Gateway on-premise is a little more difficult. You need either the SAG Installer or the Docker image.

Before going any further, let us know of your requirements and constraints regarding on-premise Vs iPaaS, and if this is on-premise you need between SAG installer and Docker.
