Today I needed to add a new iOS device to our MaaS360 and did so the same way I've done the last dozen or so.

When it comes to installing the MDM Enrollment profile I now get the error "The New MDM payload does not match the old payload."

Googling for solutions tells me to remove any old profile, however I am unable to remove the profile present and I believe it installs upon connecting to our Wifi.

Everything worked last Thursday with no issue and I am the only one who has logged in between those times, never having even touched the settings page.

I was recently handed management over MaaS and I'm about out of ideas on what to try next.

Where or what should I do next?

When you connect to Wifi is it installing a management profile or some other kind of profile?  iOS devices can only have one MDM profile at a time, so if it's the former that would make sense that you're seeing the error, but if it's no management related, then we have to explore other areas.
