The mc program in mc-4.5.54-4.aix4.3.ppc.rpm will choke on reading directories with files >4G.  Specifically it will throw stat warnings on each file that is too large in a directory as soon as the directory is accessed and then not display those large files in the list.  The previous release mc-4.5.49-4.aix4.3.ppc.rpm does not have this issue, and will not only display files correctly, but will process them for viewing as required.  Current workaround is downgrade to 4.5.49 from 4.5.54.

We have not updated this package for long time.

Last it was updated in Feb 2002.

Actually this package is not in our list of packages that we are working and updating.

But seeing that people are still using we can look add this to our package list.
