    Hello SA MUG,

    I have a general shout out to see if anyone has had any success using and potentially modifying Work Centers?

    We are in the process of trialing some use-cases and have found it to be promising, however the data entry is quite minimal (even after adding specific classifications and ticket templates). Although I appreciate the purpose it to keep the flow minimal, we were hoping to add another screen for other mandatory/critical data for SRs, but unsure how to do this or even if this is feasible? Presumably  HTML5 and/or javascript code would need to be developed and deployed in the maximo-x WAR? 

    Appreciate any feedback/experiences!
