Maximo Deferral process in ACM

    Hi, 

    I have been using the Maximo Deferral(process) action in Work Order Tracking (CM) application and seems like this function just defers the dates and is dependent on the BDI which queries for these records where deferral has been added and update the Target start date of the workorder. 

    But this functionality just updates the target start date and doesn't update the target end date which seems to be an issue and also the status of the Work Order doesn't change.

    What is the use case if this action Deferral in this application has any one used if for deferring a Work Order in Maximo ACM. Is it to just to defer with respect to the Target Start Date?

    Any inputs would be really great!
