I have a question:

My Company uses Maximo and we have several Apps and Tabs for each App. We have an Asset App that I am particularly speaking off. There is an attachment spot on the Asset, but this transcribes theses attachments to every work order and service request that is associated with this Asset.

My problem is that we have nowhere that houses test records for these Assets. I'm just looking for the cleanest way to add test records (Which are currently hard copies) to the Assets. These test records need to live with the Asset, but does not need to be viewed in maintenance or requests tied to these Assets. Is there a Tab that can be added to the Assets App, or would it make sense to have an additional App that either references or is tied to the Asset that would house these documents? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I have reached out to our Company's Maximo Team and they are not certain of the best approach.
