I'd like to get a share of ideas and suggestions for Maximo and Power BI Dashboards.  What are some Dashboards you've created?  

Some "User" Dashboard we've created:

• Mechanic and Electrical Crew Work Orders by Resource - for Crews and Superintendents  
  • View of all Work Orders Assigned to Foreman by Resource
• Maximo WO's, including Purchase Order Lines, Work Order with Child Work Orders and Work Order and Task Work Orders. 
  • This was designed for the user who gets in Maximo less frequently, works great for reviewing Work Orders before Year-end Closeout.
    • View a WO with all Children
    • View a WO with all Task Work Orders 
    • View a WO with and open Purchase Order Lines 

What "User" Dashboards have you created?

Hi Maryann,

We have quite a few across our hydro and geo business units:

• Work flow dashboard for supervisors
  • Show count of work orders by stage in the work execution management process
  • Allows supervisors to see all work orders across their area of responsibility from end to end i.e. created, waiting approval, in planning, waiting scheduling, in progress, completed, waiting closure
  • Also includes pages for work order in workflow, and work orders not in workflow
  • Has filters to allow supervisors to rapidly identify stale records and responsible person to move them on
• Meter based PM dashboard
  • Visual representation of meter based PMs to show hours remaining, est next wo gen date, est next wo due date, Next fixed interval forecast for adjacent work etc.
• Planner dashboard
  • 12 week look ahead of work to provide planners oversight of their work, includes breakdowns by status, breakdown by planner, planned costs vs POs raised etc.
• Schedulers dashboard
  • Allows schedulers to review the previous week
  • Shows schedulers KPIs
  • Highlights backlog, overdue work etc.
• Assignment dashboard
  • Shows assignments for the current week by labour record in a heatmap format
  • Displays total available capacity, total working hours, and total assignments
  • Displays available hours vs assignments by craft
• Ops dashboards
  • Collating performance data, GADS information and Maximo data in a single display for operations to review in weekly meetings etc.
