We recently worked with IBM and Georgia Tech on a case study exploring how IBM Maximo Application Suite, watsonx Orchestrate, and IoT/drones can be applied to build intelligent, resilient infrastructure.

Maximo's condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance capabilities are central to this effort, enabling smarter asset management while driving sustainability outcomes. By integrating AI-driven insights with Maximo, the project helps stakeholders manage energy, water, and infrastructure assets in a systematic and auditable way.
