do you know if there is a way to massively match account based on a spreadsheet? We probably have more than 200 accounts to be matched with different identities, and we would like to how that can be performed.

Take a look at the AGC->Tools Bulk Load "Insert User Account Attributes" and documented inthe KC:

You need the Account Configuration, IGI User (Master UID), the Account Name, and Default Account status. I believe, that this will match an unmatched account to a user. But test this out, on one or two accounts in a lower environment. I would normally try this out before posting, but my lab is down for a few days. So make sure this does not clobber any of the existing account attributes.

many thank from your answer. I tried your suggestion, but the system is showing me the following error message within the log:

[ERROR] LINE: 1 - Cannot valorize account attributes for account configuration DOMINO_LN

I tried several times but always same message, do you have any further suggestion?

Can you post the header line and one line of data from the spreadsheet. Please anonymize any personally identifiable information from the record. I can take a look while i am on holiday.
