  • 1.  Masking a part of return data

    Posted Wed January 08, 2020 10:22 PM
    Hi everybody,

I'm trying to create masking policy for email and phone colum in my database. I use this regular express :
    • Email : ([a-zA-Z0-9][\w\_\.]{0,30})\@([a-zA-Z0-9.-]+)\.([a-zA-Z]{2,4})
    • Phone Number : (09|01[2|6|8|9])+([0-9]{8})\b - formart of mobilephone number in my country is 10 numbers and start with 09 or 01.
The Regex is match data in email and phone columns but the return data is replace all by *. What i expect is somethings like :
    • Original phone data : 0986234358 then the return data is ******4358
I don't see the option to allow us choose how many character to be replace.
Please kindly help me if you have any idea, thanks!
