When you press "run", it's going to run the last successful compile, but if you can't build it, then you may have "messed" something up.

Maybe It is a GUI problem.
Try to select another map (or fonctional map) and reselect the wanted one.
This manipulation may will reflesh the GUI and solve your problems.
