When I edit the rule for the output field I'm able to write the expression but it's not persisted as rule for the field.

Actually I started trying to map two groups using a functional map but I wasn't able to assign the map to the target rule field.

It looks like the typing does not work...or I'm not able to do it.

Have you remembered to pres 'Enter' after typing the rule? If you don't it's not entered into the output card rule.
