I'm currently working in the Eclipse client and I was wondering if there is a way to manage pending changes? Where I can manage them all in one place? Thanks.

In the pending changes tab / view.

    Have you found that?

FYI, one easy way to quickly open a view (if you're on Eclipse 4.x and higher) is to use the Quick Access field at the top of the workbench.  Just start typing what you're looking for (e.g. pend) and it will drop down a list of candidates such as Views->Pending Changes.  Clicking that entry in the dropdown opens that view and/or puts it in focus.
