  • 1.  Managing multiple customers devices - MSP

    Posted Tue November 27, 2018 12:43 PM
    Hi all,

I have just signed up for a trial as Maas360 was recommended in multiple places as a one stop shop for managing Windows, Apple and Android mobile devices, laptops and tablets.

However I cant find any information on using Maas360 as a Managed Service Provider

I am looking for something I can resell to my clients and manage them all in one place.

Essentially one of the problems I can see straight away is that I have added the Apple Enrollment Certificate, but that is only for our organisation.

Will I be able to add a separate certificate for each of our clients so that we can manage them all in one place?

Or am I looking at this wrong

    Thanks in advance,

    Darren

    Darren,
We are an MSP of MaaS360.  Yes you can add a DEP/APN/VPP cert for each of your customers.  Further you can configure KNOX enrollment and Android Enterprise for each customer as needed. Each customer will require their own Apple DEP accounts as well as their own corporate Apple ID's and Google accounts.

The dashboard you access will provide admin access to the dashboards of each of your customers.

Hey, you're absolutely right to be thinking ahead about MSP use cases-Apple's certificate model can get tricky when managing multiple orgs. If you're looking for a platform that's designed with MSPs in mind, you might want to check out Scalefusion UEM. It supports multi-tenant management, so you can handle different clients with their own Apple tokens and policies from a single dashboard. Worth a look if you're planning to scale without juggling multiple portals.
