    Hi All,

    We recently upgraded to Global Mailbox post which our trading partner jobs to sweep files from our mailbox is failing. Below is the error message we see. We are not able to narrow why this is happening. It would be great if you could help me to go in the right direction.

    [1632861657190]com.sterlingcommerce.perimeter.api.ClosedConduitException: Conduit is closed : CloseCode.WRITE_FAILURE

    Hi Madhusudhanan,

    There could be any number of reasons for this error, but we'd need to capture more information on the protocol used, etc to better understand the scope of the issue and suggest a way forward.

    For now, can I suggest you raise a support case with IBM Support and provide more information on the client and server software used at either end of the connection, (e.g. versions, OS, etc) and work with them to resolve the situation.
