Could not find machine account in secrets database: Failed to fetch machine account password for ...... from both secrets.ldb (Could not find entry to match filter: '(&(flatname=..... )(objectclass=primaryDomain))' base: 'cn=Primary Domains': No such object: dsdb_search at ../source4/dsdb/common/util.c:4576) and from /var/lib/samba/private/secrets.tdb: NT_STATUS_CANT_ACCESS_DOMAIN_INFO

I have remove the package and reinstalled.  I've removed the secrets.tdb and it gets recreated but only with key(20) and key(22).

    Does anyone have any ideas?

AyappanP,  sorry for the late response.  We use a product called Centrify to join our AIX servers to the AD domain.  At this point I have made some many changes, I need to restore back to an earlier snapshot before the samba install.  Re-install and capture the debug again.

My apologies for not monitoring my own post.

However, we have even attempted to just got straight samba with Centrify not involved and still have the same issues.

Security is a concern for these logs.  Is there a way I can send to you directly?
